Welcome to SANJUGO CLUB! These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and benefits of our loyalty membership programme. By signing up, you agree to abide by the terms detailed below.
1. Membership Registration
To join SANJUGO CLUB, members must complete the online registration form available at https://tinyurl.com/SANJUGOCLUB. During registration, you will be asked to provide your full name, email address, and date of birth. Upon successful registration, a digital SANJUGO CLUB PASS will be issued and delivered to your email. Please add the pass to your digital wallet to activate your membership.
2. Earning Points
Points are earned by presenting your SANJUGO CLUB PASS at participating SANJUGO locations during checkout. The pass will be scanned by our team to allocate your points. You will receive 10 points for every £1 spent.
3. Redeeming Points
For every 100 points collected, you can redeem £1 in dining credit.
Points can only be redeemed at the following SANJUGO venues:
- SANJUGO SHOREDITCH
- SANJUGO ANGEL
- SANJUGO VICTORIA
Points must be used toward food and beverage purchases and cannot be applied to service charges or tips.
4. Membership Perks
In addition to collecting points, SANJUGO CLUB MEMBERS enjoy special benefits including:
- A complimentary sushi maki roll on your birthday (with valid ID)
- Access to exclusive offers and event invitations
- Priority notifications about new menu items and promotions
5. Important Conditions
- Points are non-transferable and have no monetary or cash value.
- Points may not be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
- Points can only be redeemed as dining credit within participating SANJUGO locations.
- Misuse of the SANJUGO CLUB PASS may result in membership suspension or termination right away.
6. Termination of Membership
Members who wish to terminate their SANJUGO CLUB membership may do so at any time by emailing us at info@sanjugo.co.uk. Please note that any unused points will be forfeited upon cancellation and cannot be refunded, transferred, or redeemed in any form.
7. Amendments
SANJUGO reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or the rewards programme structure at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be posted on our official website and may be communicated to members via email.

Show your SANJUGO CLUB PASS when you dine with us. Our staff will scan it, and you'll earn 10 points for every £1 you spend.
4. What do these points mean?
Every 100 points equals £1 of dining credit. The more you spend, the more credit you can earn and redeem.
5. Apart from collecting points, what else do I get?

7. Can I redeem my points into cash if I plan to quit the club?
No. Points cannot be redeemed for cash or any non-dining compensation. Upon termination of your membership, all remaining points will be forfeited.
