TASTING NOTE
 
 
Combining orange, a delicacy of balance between fruit and acidity, with the spiciness of dried ginger, is the promise of a comforting and energizing tea. Based on a blend of Indian and Vietnamese black teas, the scents of this composition are reminiscent of candied ginger as well as orange confectionery.The brown leaves release a slightly cloudy pumpkin-colored liquor. The scents that escape from it sometimes evoke chai, this Indian drink made from tea, milk and spices, sometimes mulled wine, a festive winter drink. On the palate, the attack is resolutely fruity, the body subtly spicy while the finish gives off malty notes. A beautiful remanence of ginger tickling the palate and an evocation of incense nicely end the tasting, for a warm moment.
