TASTING NOTE
A beautiful Japanese green tea with a gold yellow infusion, flavored with sweet and sour Japanese plums “ume”.
Soft on the palate and highly refreshing, this tea is also ideal for soothing your throat. At nose, there are very pleasant plum and sweet almond notes. At mouth, the tea is both fruity and slightly acidulated. It is without astringency or bitterness with iodized notes, typical of the Sencha green teas, with freshness for the final. Could be prepared also in iced tea.
